Snow Shoeing Salt Creek Fall part 1

Last Sunday. Andrew and I decided to take an adventure. Andrew invited our friend Jamie along by telling her we had an extra pair of snow shoes.
"Does that mean I'm invited?" she asked.
"psh" said Andrew. "No. I was just telling you we had extra snow shoes."
We took 99W instead of I5 because it is a lovely drive. It doesn't take much longer

The Willamette Valley only looks like this for one day in February

We stopped south of Eugene to get some food and look up places to buy a snow park permit on Andrews phone

She hasn't yet realized I'm taking her picture

Just walkin

Jamie-Hey are you taking my picture

We stopped at a bike shop in Oak Ridge to buy a Snow Park permit. This was the view from the parking lot.

On the road again

Highway 58

Nothing But Blue Skies

Ahh! Wet. Dirty melting snow.
